Summary
Later that day, Eddie went to that teen’s father, Mike, to ask him why he wasn’t at the game, however, when he got to the mechanics where the father worked, he was bleeding from the hand. Eddie ran over and said, “Woah, let me take a look at that”.
Mike: “What are you, a doctor”.
Eddie: “Firefighter actually”.
Once Eddie patched up Mike’s wounds, he brought him to a bench to sit down.
Eddie: “You think your son being a cheerleader makes him weak”.
Eddie knows how awful Mike’s son must feel, because he too was belittled by his father when he was younger for not being the “man of the house”. When Mike told Eddie the reason why he didn’t want his son to be a cheerleader, it was like something clicked in Eddie’s brain. He remembered a memory that his parents specifically tried to repress.

Summary
Buck starts dating Tommy but he and Tommy both realize that Buck doesn't actually want to be with him and he has eyes for someone else, Eddie Diaz, this becomes clear when Tommy breaks up with Buck after something that happened at the bachelor party. Little did Buck know, Eddie felt the same way toward Buck but, he was still with Marisol and didn't want to be "That Guy" who cheats on his girlfriend and breaks up with her immediately after. Buck and Eddie navigate their feelings for each other without knowing that each other feel the same.
Inspired by season 7 plots and sub-plots up to Episode 5, any strorylines present in future episode will not be used in this ficincluding Buck dating Tommy and finding out that he is bisexual. Plus, it takes place during the Madney wedding as well.
P.S. The chapters may get longer as I keep making them, but the first one is pretty short and really just to establish the scene.

Summary
The last one he sits on. Born someone else… somewhere else. How would he feel if he wasn’t born into a family of… certain values. Where he was forced to “be a man” before he could even be a boy. He wasn’t allowed to feel his feelings let alone explore them, so how is he supposed to know what he feels now? Is this just missing his best friend or is this… more? He smacks his hand against the steering wheel and looks up, willing the tears to stop, but they don’t. Of course he’s having a crisis on his way to where he thought he was supposed to be.. of course. The words still swimming around.
