Summary
Slight canon divergence from ep. 12 where Takina ups the stakes when Chisato refuses to let her go after Shinji at the radio tower, but nothing really changes since the rest is snippets of Takina’s days and thoughts as she learns to navigate the world without Chisato.
“I don't want you to die.”
“Thank you. But I'm already someone who's been living on borrowed time. And because Yoshi-san kept me alive, I was able to meet you, Takina. It's not just me. The time comes for everyone to say goodbye.” Wistfully and with tears glistening in her eyes, Chisato consoles her with, “but today's not that day yet, right?”
Takina loads a magazine with real bullets into her gun. She takes the blonde's hands and wraps it around the handle of her pistol and levels the barrel between her own eyes and with utmost calm she pleads, "Chisato, if you won't let me go after him then you might as well pull the trigger yourself.”
OR five times Takina mourns Chisato and the one time she stops mourning.

Summary
Post Shibuya Incident Maki visits a comatose Nobara for the first time and loses herself in a memory.
They're lying side by side facing each other. "Why should I sleep first, Maki? Maybe I want to make sure you don't get up while I'm asleep and spend half the night training." Nobara slots her leg between Maki's and clasps both hands behind Maki's neck then tugs their bodies closer so they're flushed.
Maki rests her hand on Nobara's hip and squeezes. She bumps her forehead against Nobara's, "As if I could break out of your grapple." Chuckling, she continues, "I have no plans of leaving you, not tonight and not ever. I'll always come back to you, even when you snore and I have a mission with Panda tomorrow morning."
"I do NOT snore," Nobara gasps and tries to pull away, indignant.
