Summary
The year is 2039 and Phil Mitchell is dead.
Imagine that Ben never came back to Walford in 2019, staying instead in Newcastle with Lola and Lexi and building a life for himself there.
So Callum married Whitney in 2019 and they're almost at their 20th wedding anniversary.
But Phil dies and Ben is expected to come back. His family are struggling and somebody needs to sort things out. Ben starts with his brother, Raymond, who has become embroiled with a local firm of gangsters, the Tylers. He asks local copper, Callum, for help and THAT is the start of something. What Ben doesn't know is that the head of the Tylers, Jamie, is somebody from his past.
