Not one single document will endure actual, thorough inspection. The moment his son is apprehended, he will not be let go until they know for sure who his guardian is. Shuuji also has a little note in his pocket, a blank piece of paper that he’s supposed to keep with him at all times until he’s left in the care of his father.
