For a moment, Akutagawa forgot why he was here, lost in the image in front of him, that looked out of one of his favorite Chinese tales.

Somehow, Akutagawa reacts violently to that, slamming his hands down on the table as he stands in protest. “This is not a date.”
Atsushi feels a furious blush rise up his face, and shakes his head almost immediately. “I never said that it was!”
( or, atsushi and akutagawa fall in love over chance meetings. chaotically, of course. )
